Prendo AI — Website Terms

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of getprendo.ai (the "Site"), including joining our waitlist.

They do not govern use of the Prendo platform. Access to the platform is by invitation and is governed by separate terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Prendo AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 205 De Anza Boulevard #71, San Mateo, CA 94402, United States ("Prendo", "we", "us").

3. The waitlist

If you join our waitlist, you give us your email address and tell us what kind of firm you work for. We use them to contact you about Prendo and to understand who is interested in the product. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform.

You can ask us to remove you at any time by writing to privacy@getprendo.ai.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Using the Site

You may view and use the Site for your own information. You may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any system behind it
  • interfere with the Site's operation, or use it to distribute malicious code
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, including email addresses
  • use the Site to send unsolicited communications
  • misrepresent who you are or who you work for

5. Our content

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and the Prendo name, wordmark and logo — belong to Prendo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or redistribute them without our written permission, except that you may share links to the Site freely.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and nothing on it is a commitment to provide any product or feature. Information about Prendo on the Site is general in nature and may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prendo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the change here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
